Work Locations: LUCENA & CABUYAO Hiring Office: Naga City, Camarines Sur (Naga Brewing Grounds Office) Employment Type: Casual Work Arrangement: Onsite ELITECORE MANPOWER SERVICES INC. is looking for two 2 dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executives to expand our client network within the CALABARZON area, particularly in LUCENA and CABUYAO Area. The successful candidates will be responsible for outbound sales , client acquisition , and relationship building to strengthen the company’s market presence in the region’s growing coffee and coffee equipment industry. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls, visits, and follow-ups to identify new clients and business opportunities within assigned territories. Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, including cafés, restaurants, offices, and retailers. Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator and Team Leader to plan and execute area coverage strategies. Monitor client needs, order placements, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and potential leads. Represent the company professionally in meetings and field visits, ensuring the brand is well-promoted in the region. Attend weekly in-person meetings at the Brewing Grounds office every Monday for alignment and performance updates. Participate in fieldwork (3 days to 1 week) within assigned provinces to scout new clients and conduct product presentations when required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not required). At least 1 year of experience in sales, field marketing, or customer relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented. Capable of working under minimal supervision with strong accountability. Preferably residing in or familiar with the CALABARZON Area. Other Details Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday Compensation: ₱18,000 – ₱25,000 per month (depending on experience and performance) Incentives: Performance-based commissions or bonuses for meeting sales targets.
