OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Manager is required to lead and manage all aspects of the HR function. The role involves developing and executing HR strategies that support overall business goals while ensuring full compliance with labor laws and internal policies. This position demands a strategic and detail-oriented professional with a solid background in HR leadership and a deep understanding of people management practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Industrial/Labor Relations, or a related field from a top university or college.
- Professional HR certifications such as Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA), Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), Certified Compensation and Benefits Professional (CCBP), or equivalent are an advantage.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources management roles.
- Proven track record in developing and executing people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Extensive experience in handling employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical and research skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Extensive experience and understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, labor regulations, and DOLE standards.
Leadership and Communication:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Ability to foster productive working relationships and guide cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and support business direction through HR initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals and organizational direction.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing expert HR guidance to support business planning and decision-making.
- Translate business objectives into comprehensive human capital strategies that foster organizational effectiveness and growth.
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Ensure the attraction and hiring of qualified candidates who align with the company’s culture and performance standards.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling in a fair, timely, and consistent manner.
- Ensure full compliance with employment-related laws, labor regulations, internal HR policies, and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) standards.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect legislative changes and industry best practices.
Performance Management and Employee Development:
- Design, implement, and manage performance management systems to drive accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee timely communication, administration, and documentation of performance evaluations and development plans.
- Facilitate employee learning and development through internal training programs and coordination with external learning providers.
Organizational Development and Inclusion:
- Lead initiatives that promote a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization.
- Champion employee engagement and retention strategies, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Support organizational change efforts and employee adaptability through effective communication and training.
HR Operations and Budget Management:
- Manage the HR department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all HR activities and programs.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team to achieve departmental goals and ensure continuous professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and promote a strong service-oriented culture within the HR function.

Type: Full-Time
Set-Up: On-Site
Hours: 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary Range: Php 120,000 to Php 150,000
