Overview

We are looking for an HR MANAGER to join our young, spunky and imaginative brand activation agency.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated into the company.
  • Review and update benefit plans to ensure they are competitive.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure all HR policies are applied consistently across the organization.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment law and HR best practices.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and work to resolve them.
  • Act as a link between employees and management to facilitate communication and understanding.
  • Develop training materials and programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Create and manage performance management programs.
  • Plan and evaluate policies and programs that support employee development and career growth.
  • Implement initiatives that contribute to both business success and employee well-being.
What we offer
  • P40,000-P60,000 salary, based on qualifications
  • Hybrid work set-up (2x WFH)
What we are looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the same role in an advertising, BPO, manufacturing, manpower or BTL agency.
  • Possess a BA Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any relevant course
  • Preferably resides nearby (short commute) to/from Makati or BGC
