Overview
We are looking for an HR MANAGER to join our young, spunky and imaginative brand activation agency.
Responsibilities- Plan and direct recruitment and hiring processes.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated into the company.
- Review and update benefit plans to ensure they are competitive.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure all HR policies are applied consistently across the organization.
- Stay informed about changes in employment law and HR best practices.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and work to resolve them.
- Act as a link between employees and management to facilitate communication and understanding.
- Develop training materials and programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Create and manage performance management programs.
- Plan and evaluate policies and programs that support employee development and career growth.
- Implement initiatives that contribute to both business success and employee well-being.
- P40,000-P60,000 salary, based on qualifications
- Hybrid work set-up (2x WFH)
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the same role in an advertising, BPO, manufacturing, manpower or BTL agency.
- Possess a BA Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any relevant course
- Preferably resides nearby (short commute) to/from Makati or BGC
