Recruitment Manager – Technical & Executive Roles (Day Shift) Acquire BPO is looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for hiring top technical and executive talent across diverse industries. This role focuses on operational excellence, performance management, and strategic hiring delivery — driving measurable results through people, process, and technology. You’ll manage a skilled team of recruiters, optimise sourcing strategies, and ensure hiring goals are consistently met across all client portfolios. Ideal for operations or talent leaders who thrive in data-driven, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach a recruitment team delivering mid to senior-level technical and leadership roles. Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, taking proactive action on delivery gaps. Optimise sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Indeed, GitHub, and Stack Overflow. Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to align recruitment plans with business needs. Manage reporting accuracy, dashboards, and analytics to guide performance. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire. Ensure compliance with documentation, data integrity, and governance standards. What You’ll Bring 4–6 years’ experience in recruitment operations or service delivery leadership. Strong understanding of technical and executive-level hiring. Advanced ATS and sourcing tool proficiency. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Data-driven, organised, and performance-focused.
