HIRING: HR GENERALIST We are looking for a dynamic and well-rounded HR Generalist who is well-versed in all facets of Human Resources — including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Organizational Development, and Administrative Functions. Experience in the construction industry is a PLUS. CORE FUNCTIONS Manage the end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. Support and implement HR programs and policies aligned with company goals. Handle employee relations concerns with professionalism and confidentiality. Oversee compensation and benefits administration and ensure compliance with labor standards. Assist in organizational development initiatives and change management programs. Maintain HR records, documentation, and other administrative requirements. Ensure compliance with DOLE and other government regulatory requirements. Coordinate with various departments to strengthen organizational efficiency and productivity. CORE COMPETENCIES Strong knowledge of all HR facets and local labor laws. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. High level of organization and time management abilities. Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
