Position: HR Generalist

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two or more HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, compliance, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job ads, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
  • Participate in hiring decisions and offer letters.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Mediate conflicts and support a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee handbook.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance review cycles.
  • Track employee goals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Support managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Engagement & Culture

  • Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive work culture.

Work Set-up: Onsite

Office Location: Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
