Job Highlights Hourly Rate: USD 5.19 , the equivalent in your local currency Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break) - CST/CDT Work Arrangement: Work from home Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities: Process utility-related tasks through Appfolio property management software Handle all incoming phone calls and communication Manage and organize documents in Google Drive Create and maintain spreadsheets using Google Sheets Perform general administrative tasks Support daily property management operations Assist with lease renewals and tenant communication Track rent payments and follow up on late payments Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests with vendors or tenants Post rental listings and manage inquiries from prospective tenants Assist with onboarding of new tenants, including document collection and lease generation Monitor and respond to tenant emails or maintenance portals Help schedule property inspections and walkthroughs Requirements Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Experience with Appfolio property management software Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Drive and Sheets) Property management industry experience preferred Excellent customer service and people skills Basic computer literacy and data entry skills (must submit WPM) Reliable internet connection and home office setup Ability to work in US Central Time Zone (Superior, Wisconsin) Performance-based salary increase opportunity after one year Permanent work-from-home setup HMO coverage for eligible locations Paid time off after probation period Immediate hiring Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Contract Job function: Administrative Industries: Real Estate and Real Estate and Equipment Rental Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
