Overview Property Manager with Rent Manager experience required. This role oversees the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and accurate financial reporting. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with solid property management and bookkeeping knowledge. Base pay range $7,200.00/yr - $7,800.00/yr Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. Oversee rent collection, enforce lease terms, and follow up with tenants on late or missed payments using Rent Manager. Process accounts payable/receivable and generate financial reports through Rent Manager. Market vacant units, screen tenants, and manage lease agreements. Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor management. Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for properties. Ensure adherence to company policies, local laws, and housing regulations. Collaborate with owners to provide updates on property performance and financial status. Qualifications Proven experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager. Strong proficiency in Rent Manager software. Knowledge of property management operations, leasing, and tenant relations. Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
