Job Title: Recruitment Lead (Remote – Philippines)
Reports To: Operations Manager
Work Schedule: Full-time | Remote | PST hours
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Recruitment Lead to oversee and enhance our end-to-end hiring process for Filipino Virtual Assistants (VAs). This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a deep understanding of the outsourcing industry and strong ATS proficiency. You will be responsible not only for managing full-cycle recruitment but also for conducting second-round interviews , strategizing lead generation , and streamlining hiring workflows to achieve faster and smoother turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle RecruitmentManage the recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to define role requirements and hiring needs.
Monitor key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health.
Sourcing and Talent AcquisitionDevelop and implement creative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, communities, and referrals.
Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Second-Round Interviews & Candidate AssessmentConduct second-round interviews to further evaluate cultural fit, communication, and role-specific competencies.
Provide structured interview feedback and recommendations to hiring teams.
Oversee and guide team members conducting initial assessments or screening calls.
Recruitment Strategy and OptimizationLead initiatives to improve recruitment turnaround time and process efficiency.
Strategize campaigns, partnerships, and outreach to increase quality candidate leads.
Identify and remove bottlenecks in the hiring process.
ATS and Recruitment Tools ManagementMaximize the use of BambooHR or similar ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.
Optimize workflows, templates, and reports within the ATS to increase visibility and efficiency.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional CommunicationPartner closely with HR, Operations, and Client Success to ensure alignment on headcount planning and candidate requirements.
Provide regular reports, dashboards, and insights on hiring progress and performance.
Compliance and Industry AwarenessEnsure recruitment practices are in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Stay up to date with outsourcing and virtual workforce trends to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within an outsourcing or VA placement company.
Proven success in leading recruitment campaigns and delivering hires within tight timelines.
Preferably has experience working for a Recruitment Outsourcing company for Filipino Virtual Assistants.
Technical ProficiencyHands-on experience with BambooHR or equivalent ATS tools.
Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Kalibrr, OnlineJobs.ph, etc.
Skills and CompetenciesStrong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both skill and culture fit.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization and time management abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
Leadership and Strategic ThinkingExperience guiding or mentoring junior recruiters or sourcing specialists.
Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
Preferred QualificationsBackground in placing Filipino Virtual Assistants for international clients.
Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
