Roles and Responsibilities Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, ATS, and other sourcing tools. Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring pipeline. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates. Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics. Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies. Provide administrative support, including document preparation and email correspondence. Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires. Act as liaison between the Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers. Review and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements At least 5 years proven experience as a Recruitment Admin, Recruitment Specialist, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail and confidentiality. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP) is desirable.
