About the role Join Coalesce Sales Incorporated as a Sales Manager (Construction Industry) and lead a high-performing sales team in Paranaque City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium glass and aluminum products to both commercial and residential customers. With a strategic focus on meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets, you will collaborate closely with your team to identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve challenging sales goals Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including architects, contractors, and property developers Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns Analyse sales data and prepare comprehensive reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement What we're looking for Proven track record of success in a sales management role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to close deals and resolve customer issues Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Must have Sales Experience in the construction industry About us Coalesce Sales Incorporated (CSInc) supply & install aluminum doors & windows to architectural firms & homeowners.
