This is a remote position. Administrative Assistant Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM PST (California time), with an unpaid 12–1 PM lunch break. Main Responsibilities Answer phone calls, starting with message-taking and progressing to filtering and directing calls as training progresses. Respond to emails, web chats, Facebook Messenger, Instagram messages, and comments. Schedule appointments between clients and vendors, ensuring times work for both parties. Required Skills Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.). Experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools. Preferred Skills (a bonus but not required) Graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop). Social media management experience. Ability to create basic content for emails or social media. #J-18808-Ljbffr
