We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team in Asia. Role Summary: The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and customers. This position is responsible for managing sales documentation, coordinating orders, maintaining customer records, and ensuring that the sales team has the resources they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders accurately. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management. Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the sales cycle. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and promotional materials. Track inventory levels and liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Requirements: Full professional English proficiency Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Team player with a proactive and problem‑solving attitude.
