QUALIFICATIONS Outstanding achievements such as Latin Honors, and rapid career advancement (e.g., progression to team leader). Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. Most support will be conducted via email and chat; phone support is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Your English should be of native speaker level, with flawless grammar and punctuation. Empathy‑driven approach to provide exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships via email. Fast and accurate typing skills, great attention to detail and reliability. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Self‑starter with an innovative mind, capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Provide excellent customer service through email, chat, social media, and phone. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and professionalism. Develop in‑depth product knowledge of our holistic beauty programs. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively. Provide product recommendations, usage guidance, and holistic beauty advice. Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions to improve products and services. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and orders. Collaborate with marketing and product development to relay customer insights. Document processes and create/adapt SOPs to improve the system. REQUIREMENTS FOR EFFECTIVE REMOTE WORK Reliable computer/laptop. High‑speed internet connection with backup. BENEFITS Competitive salary: Php 38,000 to Php 48,000.
