Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field. MBA is an advantage. Experience: 7-10 years in business development, sales, or project management, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven success in driving business growth, project execution, and team leadership, ideally in the environmental or infrastructure sectors. Experience managing relationships with clients, government agencies, and business partners. Skills: Strong strategic planning, market analysis, and business growth expertise. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance. Proficient in overseeing large-scale projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong financial acumen and experience managing business development budgets. Technical: Proficient in CRM tools, business intelligence platforms, and project management software Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Other Requirements: Ability to travel as needed. Experience with environmental regulations and sustainability practices a plus. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and competitiveness. Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing and Project Development teams. Oversee project planning and execution to ensure quality, budget, and timeline adherence. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
