Responsibilities- Responsible for the overall processing of Real Property Tax remittance for all of SMDC-managed projects.
- Prepares list of qualified accounts for assessment and remittance of Real Property Tax.
- Prepares Request for payment (RFP) for qualified accounts for remittance including approval and online filing.
- Coordinates with the City Treasurer’s Office (CTO) for all RPT-related concerns.
- Ensures completeness and correctness of Official Receipts prior to endorsement to the concerned Department.
- Handles liquidation processes that include scanning and renaming of Official Receipts.
- Maintains comprehensive records of property assessments, tax payments, and adjustments.
- Prepares inter-office memo for the proper set-up of RPT collectibles to clients.
- Performs additional tasks or special projects related to the role and position within the department.
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably business courses.
- Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in the same function or any work experience in a real estate company in the areas of Title Transfer.
- Possesses good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Must be focused, driven and a team player.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- With coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Willing to do fieldwork 2-3x a week around NCR & provinces like Cavite, Batangas, and Tarlac.
- Preferably male.
