Overview

8telcom is looking for a detail-oriented and organizedAdmin/HR Officerto support our Coffee Shop day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information such as absences, leaves, and resignations.
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, employee activities, and orientation programs.
  • Address employee queries about HR-related issues such as benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • Help ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) and labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Support disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in the same role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
