Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Communicate effectively to gather project requirements and expectations.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and milestones.
    • Coordinate project activities, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
    • Monitor and report on project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure project success.
    • Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating communication and cooperation among team members.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Proactively identify potential issues and bottlenecks, working to resolve them in a timely manner.
    • Provide solutions and alternatives to challenges that may arise during project execution.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications.
    • Generate regular reports for management and clients, summarizing project status and key metrics.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role, preferably in project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
