Technical Support / IT Service Desk Representative

Location: BGC, Taguig. Onsite position. Urgent hiring for IT Service Desk and Technical Support Representative. The role involves providing expert advice and information to potential customers regarding a variety of products and services, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and a consultative approach to selling and client conversion. No assessment required; initial and final interviews. ASAP start.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and customer service to clients and potential customers.
  • Assist customers with information on products and services offered by the company and clients.
  • Support sales through accurate information and a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure profitability and revenue growth via high-quality service.
Qualifications
  • Must have 24 months (2 years and up) of Technical Service Experience or IT Service Desk (ITSD) Experience.
  • College graduate in any computer-related course (for TSR only).
  • Able to work onsite.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary up to Php 35,000 – Php 40,000 per month, depending on technical experience.
  • Onsite work arrangement.
  • HMO up to Php 400,000 with coverage including up to 3 dependents, effective Day 1 (insurance may extend up to Php 2,000,000).
  • Medical and medicine reimbursement benefits (up to Php 10,000, with potential up to Php 40,000 for dependents).

Schedule & Other Details
  • Shift types: 8-hour, evening, fixed, late, night, overtime, rotational; Monday to Friday and weekends as applicable.
  • Supplemental pay: 13th month, anniversary bonus, bonus pay, commission, overtime, performance, quarterly and yearly bonuses.
  • COVID-19 considerations: processes conducted virtually where applicable; no assessment conducted.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Customer service experience preferred (1 year).
