Location: Pasay City (Onsite, Full-Time) Overview Our client is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Partnerships Associate / Affiliate Manager to drive growth through building and managing relationships with publishers, affiliates, agencies, and performance marketers. This role is onsite at Pasay City and will play a key part in expanding and strengthening the partnerships ecosystem. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in dynamic environments where collaboration and innovation are essential. Key Responsibilities Partnership Recruitment & Management Recruit new affiliates and publishers into the network, while activating high-value partners already engaged. Support affiliates and publishers in their daily operations to maximize success. Manage the partner application process, identifying high-potential candidates for growth. Act as a subject matter expert in B2B partnerships, sharing trends and best practices with internal teams, partners, and clients. Collaboration with Clients Work closely with SaaS clients to leverage their brands for affiliate and publisher recruitment. Align business opportunities with client needs and objectives. Participate in strategic discussions to optimize the partner network. Data & Insights Analyze data in Excel or BI tools to identify areas for growth and improvement. Translate insights into actionable strategies for internal teams, partners, and clients. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in partnerships, affiliate management, business development, or related field. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build excitement and engagement. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly proactive, action-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience turning data into insights. Familiarity with SaaS, digital marketing, or B2B partnerships is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
