Overview

Human Resources Manager role focusing on consulting with management, assessing operational needs, and recommending HR strategies. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, developing HR policies, and acting as a strategic partner with department leads to support business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with management and leadership teams, assess operational needs, and recommend HR strategies and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement employee retention initiatives and business support activities.
  • Manage, review, and execute cases and disciplinary procedures.
  • Formulate HR Talent Partner metrics and define changes to performance outputs based on business requirements.
  • Develop and recommend HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer programs implemented by Corporate.
  • Manage the function areas of employee engagement and employee relations.
  • Act as a strategic business partner with other departmental and operational leads; participate in meetings to provide information on attrition, retention analysis, data management, employee relations issues, and cost control.
  • Train, develop, and counsel supervisors and managers in company policy, procedures, and employment laws.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Deep experience in the following areas: Talent Development, Talent Engagement, Process Compliance, Employee Relations, Communication, Team Development, MIS / Reporting / Analytics.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule.
