As a Finance Manager, you will analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial policies, goals, and budgets according to the organization's objectives. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports to inform decision-making and strategy planning. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity to support operations and investments. Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to identify potential financial challenges and opportunities. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal financial policies to mitigate risk. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing coaching and mentorship to foster professional growth. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency and cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in finance management. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to conduct complex financial analyses.
