Finance Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Finance Supervisor to oversee and manage the financial operations of our Company. This role is pivotal in maintaining financial health, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decisions in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day finance and accounting operations

• Manage company profitability and financial performance

• Handle cash flow planning and disbursement scheduling

• Monitor deadlines for all payables to ensure timely settlement

• Review and verify check vouchers for accuracy and completeness

• Conduct bank monitoring for deposits and reconciliations

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis

• Oversee budget preparation, fund allocation, and expense tracking

• Monitor and validate financial transactions for accuracy and compliance

• Implement and maintain accounting systems and internal controls

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth

• Lead and mentor junior finance staff



Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business

• At least 2 years or more relevant experience as a Finance Supervisor

• Strong background in retail industry finance is highly preferred

• Working knowledge of all aspects of finance and accounting functions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet-based tools

• Knowledgeable in computerized or web-based accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.)

• Willing to be assigned at West Avenue, Quezon City
