Job description:

A. JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization's daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, effective budget management, and compliance with financial policies. The role provides analytical support for strategic decision-making, manages financial data, and leads the finance team in maintaining the company's overall financial stability.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day financial activities and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
  • Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and recommend cost-efficient solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver financial insights and guidance
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
  • Supervise, guide, and mentor finance staff while ensuring accuracy of their work
  • Assist the Finance Manager/Director in strategic planning and reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards and procedures
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

C. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems
  • CPA license is an advantage
