Job Overview

The
Finance Manager
will oversee the company's day-to-day financial operations and play a key role in
budget planning, cash flow management, forecasting, and financial reporting
. The ideal candidate has
e-commerce finance experience
, preferably with platforms such as
Lazada, Shopee, or other digital marketplaces
, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's accounting and finance operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, tax, and compliance.
  • Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow strategies to support business growth.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management and investors.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies.
  • Analyze and monitor financial performance, including GMV, cost of sales, customer acquisition cost, and other e-commerce KPIs.
  • Implement financial controls, processes, and systems to support scale and efficiency.
  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and tech teams to align financial planning with business strategies.
  • Provide financial guidance for promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and platform monetization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field;
    CPA is preferred
    .
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in accounting/finance, with at least
    3 years in an e-commerce or digital platform environment
    .
  • Experience working with or understanding platforms like
    Lazada, Shopee, or Shopify
    is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of interpreting complex data.
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software; knowledge in ERP or e-commerce reporting tools is a plus.
