For more information, visit: Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist/Accounts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and compliance with administrative and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with KOLs and agencies to enhance our creator ecosystem. Serve as the primary point of contact for KOLs and agency partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships. Administrative Support: Assist in coordinating contracts, agreements, and other administrative documentation required for engaging with partners. Maintain organized records of communications and agreements, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible. Legal Compliance: Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all partnerships comply with relevant laws and company policies. Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements to identify potential legal issues and mitigate risks. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of KOL and agency partnerships, providing insights for continuous improvement. Utilize data analytics to assess performance metrics and recommend strategies for enhancing partnership outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and legal teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution of partnership initiatives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative campaigns involving KOLs and agencies. Campaign Reporting & Analysis: Create detailed reports on influencer campaign performance (engagement, reach, ROI). Data-Driven Insights: Extract key data, identify trends, and recommend strategies for future campaigns. Optimization: Adjust strategies based on performance, re-engage top influencers, and align with marketing objectives. Stakeholder Communication: Present clear and actionable insights to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Tool Proficiency: Social media tracking tools, and influencer marketing tools. Qualifications 3 to 5+ years in influencer marketing, focusing on reporting and data analysis. Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with campaign KPIs. Exceptional communication skills for presenting data insights. Organized, detail-oriented, with project management experience. Familiarity with micro, macro, and celebrity influencer campaigns. Existing relationships with creators and agents. Preferred Proven experience in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industries. Knowledge of emerging trends and tools in influencer marketing. Certifications in analytics or digital marketing.
