An E-Commerce Specialist (Inventory) is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate stock levels within a Distribution Center. You’ll oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensure inventory records are up-to-date, and help prevent shortages or overstocking. This role is essential in supporting efficient operations, minimizing costs, and ensuring products are available when needed. Key Responsibilities Track and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring that stock is sufficient to meet operational needs while minimizing excess or shortages. Handle all aspects of ordering new supplies, receiving shipments, and verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing inventory. Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and trends to inform management decisions. Checking the items received against purchase orders or delivery receipts to ensure accuracy in quantity, type, and condition. Moving items from one department, warehouse, or branch to another within the organization. Organizing inventory items systematically, arranging and categorizing them in a structured manner to ensure efficient tracking, easy access, and accurate inventory management. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of inventory storage areas. Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year Business course, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is an advantage. At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a retail environment. Familiarity with inventory handling procedures and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners). Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. Physically fit and able to lift, move, or carry heavy items as needed. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and recording data. Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills. Willing to work on a shifting schedule and in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
