About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call center agent ( Virtual Process ) to join our dynamic team in Danao City, Cebu. As a Call center agent ( Virtual Process ), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through a range of communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. This is a full-time role within our customer service department, providing you with the opportunity to build a rewarding career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilising various communication channels, such as phone, chat, and email, to provide personalised support to customers
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service processes
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience

Orbit Teleservices are continuously looking for top talents to join our team. We offer salaries up to ₱37,000 per month. We are urgently in need of a Call Center Agent for multiple sites across the Philippines, including Cebu City, Mandaue, various regional locations, and hybrid/on-site arrangements.

What we need

  • Experience in Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing is a plus
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience required for high school graduates; college graduates may have no experience
  • Salary up to Php37,000 per month
