This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Analyst at ARQ SME BDC located in Makati. The Investment Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with portfolio management, financial modeling, and analysis of potential investments.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day portfolio tasks, including financial modeling and analysis of potential investments
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Investments and Finance
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's or Master\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- CFA, CPA, or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience and passion for working with SMEs is a plus
