Admin Receptionist

Maintain office equipment, physical space and telecommunications systems for the site building
Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules, test building security systems and prepare for emergencies by creating action plans
Respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergency preparedness plans
Administrative assistant capacity in addition to maintenance coordination
Greet customers/ clients/ visitors in the area
Answers emails, phone call and provide excellent customer service
Function room reservations, accept and sign for delivered documents
Performs other AdHoc tasks
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, any field
· Required skill(s): Admin Duties, Receptionist, MS Office
· Good/ Excellent Communication Skills
· Great work ethics, self-starter and a multi-tasker
· Pleasing Personality
· Enthusiastic, Eager to learn and a fast learner
· Detail-oriented and well-organized
· With Clerical/ Administrative Support
· Fresh Graduate is okay
