Clinic Admin Receptionist

Job Summary:
The Clinic Admin Receptionist is responsible for providing front desk support and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. This includes greeting patients, managing appointments, maintaining records, handling inquiries, and supporting overall clinic operations with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding clinic services, schedules, and procedures.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic management software.
Maintain and organize patient records, forms, and documents in compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., Data Privacy Act of 2012).
Coordinate with medical staff for daily schedules and patient flow.
Handle billing and cash transactions; issue official receipts and prepare daily financial reports as needed.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
Monitor office supplies and request replenishments when necessary.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, and inventory.
Follow clinic protocols and support patient confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably related to business administration, healthcare, or office management).
Previous experience in a clinic or customer service/receptionist role is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with clinic management systems or EMR software.
Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-oriented attitude.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in healthcare or medical front desk settings.
Familiarity with PhilHealth, HMO processes, and billing procedures.
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Work Schedule:
Shifting Sched - 6 days a week
Must be amenable to work onsite
