Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Oversee the use of recruitment tools and platforms to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to senior management.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the financial services industry.

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven expertise in managing recruitment processes within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet hiring targets.
  • Familiarity with employment regulations and best practices in recruitment.
