Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Territory Managers and Sales Associates across multiple areas. Set strategic sales plans and drive regional performance in line with company growth targets. Identify and expand partnerships with retailers and financial access points in key markets. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Ensure consistent execution of sales quality standards, compliance, and fraud control measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales operations and customer experience. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of regional sales teams. Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field; postgraduate studies is an advantage. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in field sales management, including regional leadership exposure. Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving aggressive targets. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Willing to travel frequently and manage operations across multiple territories.
