We are looking to hire a solar Project Administrator for operations to help in backend data processing. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and takes initiative to follow through on the different projects currently being worked on. What You’ll Do As a member of our office staff, you'll contribute to the day-to-day operations that keep our clients' projects running smoothly: Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, document organization, and maintaining records to ensure efficient operations. This includes verifying the accuracy of customer and project details on all documents received and uploaded. Communication: Collaborate with the team, assisting in managing emails, phone calls, and appointment scheduling. Data Analysis: Help with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making, identify delays, and propose solutions/recommendations for the different projects handled. Tech-Savvy: Comfort with basic computer programs and tools is a plus. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. At least 1 year of experience in the US Solar Industry. Previous office experience is a plus but not mandatory.
