Job Summary:

The Technical Assistant provides support to executives, managers, or departments by performing a variety of technical, administrative, and clerical duties. This role involves preparing reports, assisting in technical projects, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow and communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and consolidation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, trainings, and projects.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely submission of requirements and project updates.
  • Maintain databases, records, and filing systems (manual and electronic) for easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Support in troubleshooting minor technical or system issues, and escalate to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards in all tasks.
  • Draft correspondences, memos, and other communications as required.
  • Perform research and data gathering to support technical and operational needs.
  • Provide direct assistance to supervisors, managers, or technical staff on assigned tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
