Account Executive

Job Description Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic freight forwarding and logistics services. Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Coordinate with operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure client requirements are met. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend strategies. Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Qualifications Graduate of any four-year course (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Logistics). At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry. Strong network of potential clients is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision. Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
