Overview

Our client, a leading digital design and development agency, is seeking a meticulous and proactive QA & Digital Project Coordinator with specific experience in a digital design or development agency setting. Your primary mission is to be the guardian of quality and smooth project flow, ensuring deliverables are flawless and processes efficient. You will be the critical bridge between development work and high standards of client satisfaction.

Job Highlights
  • Paid hours per week: 25
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible within client\'s business hours | Australian Eastern Time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home

Note: This is a permanent work-from-home position with an “Independent Contractor” arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. Benefits and taxes are the responsibility of the contractor. Fees are hourly and depend on performance in the application process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agency-Focused Quality Assurance: Review work against creative briefs, design mockups (e.g., in Figma), and technical specifications to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Identify, document, and clearly communicate bugs, visual discrepancies, and functional issues to developers using structured reporting.
  • Validate that all interactive elements (animations, forms, menus) function as intended and provide a seamless user journey.
  • Conduct follow-up testing to verify resolutions and give final approval for client handoff.
  • Digital Project Coordination: Monitor and update the status of tasks within the agency\'s project management tool (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Help shepherd projects through their lifecycle, from development to QA and final deployment, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and professional feedback to both the development team and account managers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a QA, testing, or project coordination role within a digital design, development, or marketing agency.
  • An exceptional eye for visual detail and a passion for delivering pixel-perfect digital products.
  • Strong understanding of the web development lifecycle and the specific quality challenges in an agency environment.
  • Excellent written English communication skills for providing clear, actionable, and professional feedback to technical and non-technical team members.
  • Proactive, self-managed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote agency setting.
