JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and effective implementation of all company's policies, procedures, and activities involved in assuring the quality and the control of manufactured products. Maintains close working relationships with other department managers and supervisory personnel in order to meet and maintain product quality, identify, solve, and prevent problems affecting product quality, maximize productivity, and comply with regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP)
  • Experience in quality assurance/testing in food production
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and food safety laws
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
