Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance/Control Engineer to join our batching plant team. The successful candidate will ensure the production of high-quality concrete products by implementing and monitoring quality assurance and control processes, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in a batching plant or construction materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and relevant industry standards.
  • Proficiency in quality testing equipment and methods.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in both an office and plant environment.
  • May require working extended hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines or address urgent quality issues.
  • Must adhere to all safety regulations and protocols within the plant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
