Position: Quality Assurance Specialist – Hatchery

Location: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee and implement quality control processes in our hatchery operations. The role ensures that all products and processes meet company standards, biosecurity protocols, and regulatory requirements. This position is vital in upholding the integrity, safety, and efficiency of hatchery production.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Animal Science, Agriculture, Food Technology, or any related course
  • Preferably with experience in hatchery operations, poultry, or quality assurance, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong knowledge of quality control systems, biosecurity, and regulatory compliance in poultry production is an advantage
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance procedures for hatchery operations
  • Conduct inspections, sampling, and evaluations of eggs, chicks, and processes to ensure consistent quality standards
  • Ensure strict compliance with biosecurity and sanitation guidelines within the hatchery facility
  • Prepare and maintain quality records, reports, and compliance documentation for audits and evaluations
  • Work closely with hatchery supervisors and production teams to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and product quality
