Qualifications
  • Skills in Quality Assurance

  • BPO Call Center Experience is required
  • Proficiency in Quality Auditing processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Previous retail program experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Day Time Shift
