Job Summary : Responsible to Ensure the products are produced efficiently, timely and correctly in conformance to the specifications of the quality standard nationwide.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Approve or reject procedures which have impact on the product quality or product specification;
  • Approve or reject all components requiring disposition;
  • Review laboratory results, quality control data, and audit findings to determine areas for improvement;
  • Establish and review effectiveness of policies, procedures and programs;
  • Manage customer complaints, conducts root cause analysis and verify implementation and effectiveness of correction and corrective actions;
  • Manage internal, supplier, customer and third party audits;
  • Manage compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements including licensing and certifications;
  • Review calibration status of temperature measuring instruments;
  • Review third party pest control program;
  • Review requisitions from department;
  • Approve work schedules of the department;
  • Assume the direct and indirect responsibility to implement the objectives, targets, and programs of the company;
  • Perform other duties required by his immediate superiors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food, Agriculture and other related courses;
  • With sound background in GMP, SSOP, PRP, HACCP and ISO (FSMS);
  • With at least 5 years working experience in managing quality control/assurance and food processing operations;
  • Proficient in the English language, verbal and written;
  • Proficient in MS Office application;
