  • Develops and executes merchandising plans that will deliver volume and profit goals.
  • Collaborates with the Operations Team to obtain customer insights, consumer trends, and buying patterns to develop effective plans that maximize sales performance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Merchandising background
  • At least 5 years experience in Retail Operations
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Capable of strategic thinking
  • Attentive to details and a team player
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Willing to work in Morocco
