Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting for a potential customer using various sales activities
  • Conducting analysis of customer requirements and recommending solutions to serve customer requirements
  • Establishing contacts and developing a professional relationship with prospects and clients
  • Closing sales
  • Hiring, training, and working with sales agents to reach sales quotas
  • Achieving sales target
  • Qualifications:
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • With at least 4 years of experience in selling luxury brands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Sales presentation
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
  • Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary; Commission pay
  • COVID-19 considerations: All covid-19 safety measures are being implemented inside our office.

  • As an Inbound Voice Consultant, you will deliver customer service to clients and customers of an American publicly traded Internet domain registrar and web hosting company, all via phone or chat.
  • Key responsibilities include: resolve customer issues and upsell; identify and relate with various customer needs; provide resolution/consultation with friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manners; transfer customers to appropriate departments; conduct data entry and case management; work in a team-based environment; achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent computer skills (Internet and website technologies)
  • Strong background in Sales
  • Willing to work night shift or shifting schedule/ Holidays/Weekends
  • Good customer service and problem solving skills
  • MUST be residing in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna and Bulacan only
  • MUST have experience with BPO Tech and Sales for 6 months
  • With at least 25 Mbps internet connection and willing to work on site when required
  • Fully Vaccinated
