Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow the inside sales team for one of our Australia-based clients. This role is focused on driving outbound sales across Australia and New Zealand and will be based in the Philippines .

As Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing, developing, and motivating a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Implementing effective outbound strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights, reporting, and performance management.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven success in telesales/inside sales , a solid understanding of the AU/NZ market, and the ability to build and sustain a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to deliver on individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies tailored to the AU/NZ market.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
  • Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews to maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or outbound sales.
  • At least 2+ years in a leadership/management role , with a track record of leading successful sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand B2B market .
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills ; proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Experience in the construction, trade, or tools industry is highly desirable.
