Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Set and track sales KPIs, analyze sales performance, and generate regular reports for senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new sales staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
