ASSISTANT SECRETARY
Provide administrative support to the executive management. This includes screening calls, travel and meeting arrangements and preparing various reports.
Responsibilities- Relieve management of the administrative details
- Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
- Keep projects on schedule
- Prepare correspondence/ reports for the Management.
- Handle documents with confidentiality
- Take part in any administrative meetings to assure secretarial follow-through
- Prepare and control administrative budgets
- Assist in overseeing office supplies, managing equipment and coordinating with vendors
- Assist in preparation of various company activities.
- Other administrative tasks that may be assigned by the Management.
