The Personal Assistant/Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and personal support to the owners of Miranda Automotive Care Services (MACS) and their household. This role combines business-related responsibilities (supporting MACS operations, government compliance, supplier coordination, reporting) with personal and household management tasks (home scheduling, rental property oversight, and daily errands). The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  1. Business (MACS – Miranda Automotive Care Services):

  2. Manage mechanic and owner schedules; coordinate job orders and customer bookings.

  3. Handle initial inquiries, confirm appointments, and send post-service customer survey forms.
  4. Order auto parts from suppliers and arrange deliveries or pickups.
  5. Coordinate with mechanics for required forms, timekeeping, and job logs.
  6. Maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
  7. Monitor collections and follow up on client payments.
  8. Coordinate and purchase office and tool supplies.
  9. Administrative support to finance such as encoding in MACS file, payroll and banking/e-payment requirements, supplier payables.
  10. Liaise with accountants and government agencies (PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, SSS, BIR) for compliance requirements.
  11. Prepare periodic reports as directed by owners.
  12. Provide administrative support where needed.

  13. Household Management (Manila residence):

  14. Schedule driver, arrange online grocery orders, payments, and manage household supply needs.

  15. Coordinate repairs/maintenance with tradesmen (plumbers, electricians, etc.).
  16. Supervise and provide support to household staff (e.g., helper) to ensure tasks are completed.
  17. Track and report any damages, repairs, or household concerns.

  18. Property Management (Cebu rental unit):

  19. Act as primary point of contact with long-term tenant.

  20. Ensure timely collection of rent payments and record properly.
  21. Coordinate repair/maintenance needs and oversee service providers and payments.
  22. Provide tenant support and communicate updates to the owners.

  23. Other Duties:

  24. Perform personal errands and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the owners.

  25. Provide assistance with both personal and professional events, bookings, and travel arrangements.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
