OF INCUMBENTS 1 DIVISION Corporate Services LOCATION National Office MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB To coordinate and implement an effective and accurate HR data and record management services for Seda in line with approved HR policies and procedures KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS ❖ Coordinate the submission of HR personnel documentation ❖ Maintain personnel data integrity on HR record management system. ❖ Control access to HR personnel documentation/files. REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION ❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and Diploma (NQF Level 5/12 months Certificate) in Human Resources Management/Records Management. ❖ National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management/Records Management as added advantage. REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE 3 - 4 year’s work experience in HR records management ❖ Practical experience in reconciling HR complex data entry, discrepancies and confidential records maintenance. ❖ Knowledge of all relevant Records Management Legislations ❖ Knowledge of HR information management systems. ❖ Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion. ❖ Ability in reviewing, proofing and verifying data. ❖ Knowledge in extracting and compiling information from databases.
