As a Learning and Development Officer, you will design and deliver impactful training programs, collaborate with leaders to identify skills gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning. Using tools like Moodle, Canva, and Excel, you’ll empower professionals and shape organizational success through innovative training needs analysis and solutions.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
  • 2-4 years in Learning and Development in a BPO or outsourcing environment is required.
  • Experience as HRBP, Learning and Development and related HR facets is preferred.
  • At least C1 EN level proficiency
  • Exposure to Moodle or similar training and development platforms.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in using data and trends to craft actionable training solutions.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, Train-the-Trainer) is a definite plus
  • Amenable to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu City
  • Be ready to provide a portfolio of past projects as part of the recruitment process.
  • Shortlisted candidates will also participate in a fun, 30-minute demo to showcase their skills and creativity.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Identify skills gaps and design targeted training solutions that make an impact.
  • Lead and facilitate training modules and internal certification programs
  • Create fun, dynamic training programs using platforms like Moodle and other tools.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to craft learning strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of learning through interactive workshops, technical training, and leadership development programs.
  • Perform training data analysis arising from interviews, focus groups, and training needs analysis to assess employee proficiency for potential or future open positions.
  • Leverage innovative training tools and technologies to keep learning exciting and relevant.
